Thousands of farmboys with pretty faces gathering up aluminum cans to sell in order to buy lift tickets to ride park all summer and one day, if the right TM happens to be around to watch their blind 3 swap, give them a fat contract of one pair of skis and a jacket – FAME!
This is only partly (probably totally not) true, but nonetheless, Hood is the place to see and be seen.
