Jordan Spohr and Whiteroom Films teamed up to make the absolute best trick tip that has ever been made. And unlike the doublecork 1550 tip that Freeskier will publish this month, you have a chance to actually learn this one.

If I could have gotten my hands on that little Punxsutawney bastard, I would have asked him where winter’s been for the past six weeks. But I hear the Rockies are getting snow tonight…the rich get richer. What the hell are you gonna do?
Spread the wealth old man winter.
In the park-rat-centric world I inhabit, skis fall into three big categories: butter skis, jump skis, and pow skis. It’s obviously a gross overgeneralization, but it’s not a bad way to cut through the marketing bullshit.
Bonus points for a legit topsheet.
To get to the point, Bluehouse Antics are pretty damn great jump skis. For the sake of a fair review, Dan handled the riding on the Antics as he has been known to use jumps as something more than a convenient wind-blocker to duck behind and light a cigarette.

Soooo, I’ll be practicing that in my living room all week. Oh, but is he holding poles? God, that question is even boring when posed sarcastically. Sorry.
Seems to be turning OK.
We don’t really do too many tech posts, but this little gadget caught my eye as far as ski applicability.
If you’re anything like us, you own a halfway decent camera, but it spends 99% of its time in the car if you even remember to bring it to the hill. Therefore, most of your ski photos/videos are taken with an iPhone. Olloclip looks like it might help you take the quality up a notch in your lazy quest to become the next Josh Berman or Blake Jorgenson. This little guy comes with a fisheye, wide-angle, and macro lens.
Look at all that snow just sitting around back in 2010/11. Urban movies are gonna be very bare this season.
What we have here is a 2013 Moment release that may or may not be called the “Deathwish” (that was the filename anyhow).
Our sources tell us that it’s going to have “new” Moment technology/shape that they’re calling “Dirty Mustache Rocker.” Not sure what “dirty” refers to, but mustache rocker used to refer to camber underfoot with rockered out tip and tail.
As for dimensions, we’re looking at 112 underfoot and lengths of 164. 174, 184, and 190.
