Remember the best 360 of 2011 contest? Probably not, but thanks for being honest. At any rate, we’ve updated this year’s end-of-the-tax-year contest and are slowing it down a bit for the Saga Best 180 of 2012 Contest. The boys over at Park City’s favorite outerwear company have given us a pretty stellar prize pack for this year, which will be going to the reader who scours the internet for the best 180 filmed in 2012, chosen by fellow readers/ski nerds. Here’s how it works:

Submit a link to the video clip of the best 180 you saw this year to ryan@brobomb.com by December 31st, 2012, and let us(me) know where in the video the trick is. It can be of your homie or a pro in an Evan Heath edit – doesn’t matter, whoever scouts it for us first gets first dibs, and IT CAN’T BE YOU, and it must be freely available online and not involve a rail (more info below). We’ll watch all the videos, take our picks, post the top 3 on the site, and have you, our engaged audience of over-opinionated former ski talents, vote for the winner’s take-all grand prize! Whoever’s scouting ability is judged to be the best wins one hesh flippin’ prize pack from Saga and BroBomb, which will include:

Saga Fatigue pants, (very slightly used) Saga Anomie jacket, Saga OG Logo hoody, Saga snapback, BroBomb facemask, and even BroBomb diecuts if we’re feelin’ it!

Best 180 of 2012 Contest Style Guide:

180s we like: Ones with style.

180s we don’t like: Ones with screamin-seamens, pencil spins, or shitty landings. NO OCTOGRABS ALLOWED, and no disasters or involvements with rails of any kind. Landing on garbage, wood pallets, or trannies is allowed.
